Question 1

When I go to order, it says there aren't any products on the website. What's going on?

If you go to place an order over the weekend (after 1pm on Friday until Sunday) there may not a be an available menu to choose from. Check back on Monday evening, and the menu for the following week should be ready to order from.

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

You can place a one-off order via our website. Here you can select and pay for your meals. All orders placed before 1pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
 
Alternatively, you can use our Subscribe & Save option to receive a weekly selection of meals without the hassle of ordering every week. If you would like to choose which meals you receive every week, you can! Once the menu for the following week is live, you will be sent an email asking for any menu requests, you can communicate which meals you'd like via replying to that email.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the following gyms:

- CTPT, Canterbury (collect from 12pm Tuesday)
- Southtons Fitness, Ashford (collect from 1pm Tuesday)
Please also check the opening hours of your chosen pick-up spot before attempting to collect your order.
 
All meals ordered by Friday at 1pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

How much do the meal preps cost?

The meals cost between £4 and £8.
 
We also have a Subscribe & Save option, where you can order your meal preps for less!

Question 5

How long do the meals keep in the fridge for?

Accepted Answer

All of our meals are delivered fresh (not frozen!), the day of / the day after production. The 'Use-by' date will always be printed on the container. If you don't manage to eat them in time, don't panic! All of our meals can be frozen. Just make sure you defrost fully in the fridge before re-heating.
 
If you have purchased a full week of food, the meals for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday can all be frozen.

What macros / calories are in the meal preps?

All the macro / calorie information is provided on the individual product pages, as well as printed on the packaging itself. Mosty of our main meals range from 450-550kcal.

Many of our meals are also included in the MyFitnessPal database, just search for Get Prepped.

Question 7

Where are the meals prepared?

Accepted Answer

All of our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen in Faversham, Kent.

On our previous environmental health visits we receive a glowing 5-star rating, meaning our quality control, health and safety practices and hygiene standards couldn't be improved.

I've placed an order, when will it be delivered?

Accepted Answer

All meals delivered before Friday at 1pm will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday to your chosen pick-up spot.

CTPT, Canterbury: Normally after 7pm Monday.
Southtons Fitness, Ashford: After 1pm Tuesday.
